IT Doctors can handle any repairs, from replacing an LCD screen to a keyboard, upgrading memory or replacing a hard drive – there’s nothing we can’t do for your Mac or PC.

We understand that your computer network is often the backbone of your business, or a vital part of your everyday life, and downtime can translate to lost revenue and inconvenience. We appreciate the urgency involved in resolving computer issues, and work quickly to triage, diagnose and treat the symptoms giving you problems.

 Appointments are not necessary, but they are preferred. The process is simple, with three options:

1.       The IT Doctors are in. Drop off your computer or device at our office during business hours for a free assessment within 24 hours. We’ll call to explain the issue and service prescribed. With your approval, we’ll proceed with the operation. This option is less expensive than a house call.

 2.       IT Doctors house call. If you cannot leave your office or home, or don’t want to part with your computer or device, email or call IT Doctors’ support to request an IT Doctor pay you a visit. With this option, we diagnose and treat the issue on-site. Service is billed hourly, including travel time.

 3.       Remote diagnosis. In many cases, we can treat your computer or device symptom via computer log-in. You’ll miss out on the scrubs, but fixing your issue is more important anyway. Simply email IT Doctors’ support, and we log in to your computer, letting you know if we can perform the remote operation. Service is billed at a reduced hourly rate.

IT Doctors also offers Mail-in Repairs. Send the damaged equipment to IT Doctors, we confirm receipt via email and provide a free assessment within 24 hours of receipt. One of our docs confirms the diagnosis and remedy including cost necessary to fix the device. With your approval, IT Doctors completes the work and ships the equipment back to you.
